John Frey and Eric Frank Join Reusable Packaging Association (RPA) Leadership Team

Arlington, VA, June 5, 2009 – The Reusable Packaging Association (RPA) has elected John Frey, president of TOSCA Limited, as its new secretary/treasurer.  Mr. Frey was elected after the previous secretary/treasurer vacated the seat.  In addition, Eric Frank, general manager of Georgia-Pacific RPC LLC, has been elected to the board.

Mr. Frey has considerable experience in reusable packaging systems. TOSCA manages and services returnable packaging for customers in various industries. Previously, Mr. Frey was a member of the RPA board before being elected to serve as secretary/treasurer.

Mr. Frank has nine years of experience in the reusable produce container (RPC) industry and has held several committee chair positions for the RPA in the past.

“We welcome Mr. Frey and Mr. Frank to the RPA leadership,” said Bob Klimko, Chairman of the RPA Board and Director of General Industrial Marketing for ORBIS Corporation. “Their experience and insights will help us advance the mission of the RPA to increase the adoption of reusable packaging systems.”
